Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). The easiest way to cancel is online through Gloss Genius. If needed you can message us through the Contact Us tab on our website or DM us on Facebook/Instagram as well. We understand that emergencies happen, but without proper notice, we are unable to offer your reserved appointment time to another client. These policies are in place to respect both your time and ours, and to ensure we can continue providing the best possible service to all of our guests.
